Since
our formation in 1905 McCarthy, Lilburn &
Partners has had professionalism as the centre
of its core values. During the last 106 years
the practice has seen the impact of new technologies,
changing procurement methods and improved environmental
standards on the delivery of construction projects.
During this time we have not only adapted our
services to reflect these changing influences,
but also continually sought opportunities to enhance
the services we are able to offer our Clients.
From
building surveyors in 1905, to quantity surveyors
in the 1910s, to project managers and risk managers
in the 21st Century, through two world wars and
civil disturbance, the practice has had to respond
to an ever-changing business, political and social
landscape.
This
metamorphism is an ongoing process in a world
where success is directly linked to innovation,
at the same time making use of our experience
which has been built up over the last 106 years,
so that we can offer our Clients both a dynamic
and quality service.
